"Synchronicity"? Dammit, Jimmy, there goes my self-esteem for the day already. -
Brilliant. How did you figure it out? What would we do without you?

That isn't remotely what 4Life is saying, and you know it.

Chris Heady (OWH) Nebrasketball Story Coming This Weekend
HB replied to The Polish Rifle's topic in The Haymarket Hardwood
Come on. There was zero chance Moos was not firing Miles. This article won't have a damn thing to do with it. The criteria was established, not met, and we move on. I've never seen such a bunch of overthinking in my life as this board. No one is claiming not keeping Riggins is the cause of Miles not making it. The only issue is that the Department has been doing some strange, inconsistent, and selective shit for a few years. It further shines light on Eichorst's banishment of anyone who ever said so much as hello to Bo Pelini. This University is still not completely functional and working in sync at the highest levels. Hopefully that can get improved in the future. -
6-7 gets us in top half, which Moos has emphasized is a big factor in evaluating our programs. Given the youth, and the difficult preseason start, I think a top half finish would be great.
-
Big game for the program. Keeps a flicker of flame alive for some level of postseason play. I don't have time to figure out what it does for the Big 10 tournament, but I assume a win would matter a couple of places at least for the regular season standings.

He did. Well written and fair. Omits sensationalism and the dagger shots of a Dirk or Lee. A lot of maturity for a 24 year old. -

Once again, it's not an all or nothing thing. It shouldn't be about blame or excuses. Even if one thinks Miles is a terrible coach and has to go, that doesn't mean we can't run a better athletic department. Even if the coach sucks and needs to go, it shouldn't mean the Department gets a free pass. The rawness of the Rawesome shines through--can't see beyond your Miles hatred to rationally look at the issues with the Department. There has been a lot going on down there for years that affects way more and goes way beyond Miles. It's OK to multi-task. -
You cannot be serious. Are u a closet vegan?

Less obvious but perhaps accurate--Pat Logsden likes power.

You'll need to find a new whipping boy, or you might not be so fine. I'm sure you've always been 100% accountable and never made an excuse for anything.
-
You're gonna get your way; hopefully it will make you happy. Perhaps if you were a little more seasoned, you'd realize that a helluva lot of things in life aren't 100 to nothing. There were some other things that factored in, including epic dumbass moves by Eichorst with a little nut-cutting sprinkled in by Moos. Whether it is figuratively 80-20 or 90-10 or your black and white world of 100-0, it doesn't matter. It didn't work, it's pretty sad, and we move on. Hopefully some of your failures were equally black and white and 100% on you.

More than it used to be. In the old days they often just used radio station employees. Now a lot of ex-players, etc. for color. I think it is pretty prevalent to use locals for color who are not full time broadcasters. We've had Davison, Markowski, Jake. Matt Coatney is the play by play guy for women's basketball, and has always had a fulltime job outside of radio.

I got you by 28 consecutive years so don't make too much too much of your misery.

I'll be damned, they are making refunds! As they say, "Never mind....."

Already got my tickets to that. Very choice, I might add.
