cipsucks Posted March 13, 2016 Report Posted March 13, 2016 I look at today's paper and see the selection show starts at 4:30. I'm thinking "Great. I can get brackets printed a little early this year." Little did I know they hired Alistair Cooke to do a frickin' mini-series on the pairings. If I can steal a line from Bugs Bunny, what a bunch of maroons.... So, how's everyone doing? We need to line a lunch up sometime in Lincoln the next couple of weeks. I miss seeing my HHC brethren. I'm usually thru there Tuesdays-Fridays. Whoever wants to and can attend, post on this thread and I'll get something lined up. Peace out! Quote
Bugeaters1 Posted March 13, 2016 Report Posted March 13, 2016 Where is a good place to get a copy of the brackets with the team records? Quote
cipsucks Posted March 13, 2016 Author Report Posted March 13, 2016 espn. go to the mens basketball site. Bugeaters1 1 Quote
roscoe Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Couldn't agree more about the CBS coverage. They have all those college analysts but prefer to bring in NBA guys who don't know some of the teams let alone the players and coaches. Watching Charles Barkley try to do the touch screen was like me trying ask a girl out in high school...just plain old awkward, uncomfortable and downright embarrassing. No reason it should take 2 hours to release the entire bracket. Glad to hear someone got a hold of the bracket and release before CBS could. hhcmatt and throwback 2 Quote

hhcmatt Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 I typically carpool with the Mrs so give me notice and I'll see what I can get going unless you're going to the Haymarket. Quote
royalfan Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Barkley making picks is comical. Over under on how many teams he can name a player on is about 9.5. Quote
uneblinstu Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Bag chaffing sounds painful. hhcmatt 1 Quote
Silverbacked1 Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 I use Monkey Butt powder. You can get a most stores, works great. Quote
jimmykc Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Perhaps we should change the lunch venue to Brown Baggers. Quote
49r Posted March 14, 2016 Report Posted March 14, 2016 Just stay away from Old Country Buffet, they use chafing dishes there. Silverbacked1 1 Quote
