Additional research finds that he played AAU ball this summer...

OSA Stars 16U 46, Minnesota Triple Threat 44: Caleb Piatkowski (Papillion) had 17 points, Jarod Bonner (Omaha Burke) hit a 3 at the buzzer to give OSA the bronze division championship.

-- I just do not think this would be one of Eric's children. But I have been wrong on more than one occasion. I think his kids are younger. It is certainly coincindental though.

Could Eric possibly have a kid that age yet? If he and his wife had kids right out of college, the oldest might be about 16 or 17 now.

Yep. Eric graduated in '92. 20 years ago.

Bobcat, he already signed with I believe Northwest Missouri State

For a prospective walk-on, I don't think that matters.  If we wanted to offer him a scholarship (and we don't) then his LOI would be a big obstacle.  But if he shows up the first day of school and enrolls in classes as a walk-on, I think that LOI is a moot issue.  I think.
