i believe sunny smallwood was known as a strong recruiter. did shimmy take over her responsibilities now? coach yori seems to be a strong recruiter, but, i am not really in tune with the husker recruiting game. just wonder if anyone has anything they can add as far as husker recruiting staff?

somebody have any info on the schollie situation (as far as the 2 from the page's)? coach yori wouldn't use either for next season, would she? according to prospectsnation.com the 6'7" gal from Texas is still available, but, has to be something very wrong there for her not to have signed somewhere----like grades? her bio states she could be the next dominant center in the game. otherwise, doesn't appear to be much left out there, in need anyway.

 

i see she gave her verbal to Cincinnati (according to espn).

I was glad to hear Shimmy was out recruiting; I figured that was why she wasn't at the game.  Hopefully it was someone who would be eligible in '15-'16.

I don't think coach would ever recruit a big, wide body just because they are a big, wide body.  They must be able to run and move well in her schemes.  The only one in 13 years that I can remember who was a big, wide body but did not move to well was Nicole Bobik.   

And even Nicole moved fairly well for someone that big.

Kelsey Griffin has been playing down under, and done very well...suppose she's interested any 2016, 2017 Austrailian girls in NU ?

Lindsey Moore is also playing on the other side of the Australian continent and also doing very well.

Just a point of personal preference.  If you fly in a small jet, always, always, always try to get seats that face forward.  Second option would be seats that face the rear.  If at all possible, avoid seats that face sideways. 

I flew Southwestern once and seat im the first row facing the rear of the plane that was a weird feeling.
