One thing that pisses me off to no end, is when a ref from half court (45 feet away) can overrule the guy under the basket (5 feet away)

This team has no offense.  Why can't we have somebody that moves without the ball, and move the ball around to get it to him in a good spot to shoot.  We try to drive to the basket, and these refs are NOT going to call a foul trying to go to the rim.  We then try to settle for a guarded three point shot.
