ajb5856 Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 I know it was slated as an ESPN2 game but espn.com now lists it as ESPN3. Somebody get to the bottom of it. Quote
bball23 Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 My TV showed the game being on ESPN2 at 6 pm. Quote
ajb5856 Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Posted December 1, 2014 My guide shows it's on so it must be. Is it a local espn2 feed but nationally on espn3 or something? Quote
MidwestDrummer Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 Big Ten website also says ESPN2 at 6:00 PM. Â http://www.bigten.org/sports/m-baskbl/spec-rel/081214aab.html Quote

ajb5856 Posted December 1, 2014 Author Report Posted December 1, 2014 Ok. The espn scoreboard must be wrong then. Quote
waverlydude Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 Most games that are on espn are on espn 3 too Quote
hhcmatt Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 It's on both. They've had this game scheduled on ESPN2 for several months. Quote

Silverbacked1 Posted December 1, 2014 Report Posted December 1, 2014 Hey Cell, We had somebody on here that thinks Tai should transfer from Nebraska because we are ruining him, what do you think or hear? Quote
Cell Posted December 2, 2014 Report Posted December 2, 2014 Hey Cell, We had somebody on here that thinks Tai should transfer from Nebraska because we are ruining him, what do you think or hear? I saw that and I'm sure that guy is from New Zealand. I think that some people in NZ would assume that Tai should be playing and particularly scoring alot better than he is based upon how he played before he went to Nebraska. It's very easy to blame a coach or a system for this. Â I think maybe there is merit in the idea that had he gone to a smaller school (eg Hawaii) he would have been a primary option and this would benefit his game. I think however in the long term playing in the higher level environment and having greater daily competition will make his draft stock higher than being a star at a smaller school. Â I like the idea of bringing Tai off the bench, it should allow him to play his natural game a little more and this will allow him to transition into a greater role once Terran/Shavon/Walt leave. Â Long story short, I don't think there is any need for Tai to panic and transfer. It will take time, he has had so many adjustments to make that it would be stupid to think it was all going to go right as a freshman. a0t0w0, hhcmatt and 49r 3 Quote
Silverbacked1 Posted December 2, 2014 Report Posted December 2, 2014 Thanks, great view as always. Hope you can come to see him play sometime. Know it might not be doable but I know people here would buy your weight in beer. Cell 1 Quote

Also like Kamdy pointed out when he comes off the bench he becomes the #1 or 2 scoring threat, not the 3 or 4th that he is when he starts. Cell 1 Quote
hhcmatt Posted December 2, 2014 Report Posted December 2, 2014 A lot of national media tweeting about this game. Schedule did us a favor as this was basically the marquee college basketball game of the night. doc1394 1 Quote
