Am I the only one who is extremely confused about all this talk from the Ohio State players last night and in the articles this morning about how they were pissed about our crowd storming the court after we beat them.  This just seems like quite a stretch to be drawing on it for motivation today.  Either that or the media is making a bigger deal of it than it is.

Anyone else confused about this??

Coaches will use odd tactics as motivation sometimes.  This would qualify.  If anything it is respect for them that they are court storm worthy.  Unless people were getting overly harassed or something, which I have not heard about.

Yeah, they are just reaching for anything to use as motiviation. KU was saying the same thing about Oklahoma State yesterday as well in that they wanted revenge for OSU storming the court against them a few Saturdays ago.

Kind of odd, as I see a court storming as the ultimate compliment to a team you just beat. It means that you hold them in high regard and view beating them as a huge accomplishment. What if we had beaten Ohio State and acted like it was just another victory and didn't storm? Would they then be using that for motivation today?

HAHA, yeah, because we are really good at sarcastically storming the court...jeez.

It does go to show you how insecure they are though.  If they don't think we honestly felt like it was a program changing game, then that's on them.
