the University really should open PBA up to the public for Selection Sunday.

 

Wins at Indiana and against Wisconsin would put us squarely in the discussion no matter what happens in the Big ten tourney.

I think Miles has mentioned this on his radio show.

If we think we have something locked up, I'd be surprised if they didn't have an event.

I agree completely, but I think it will come down to the seed and if we play Thursday, what we do with that game.

This is a great idea - plus, if we're on the bubble, I could see CBS wanting to have NU being in one of the four-way split screens, waiting to see if they make it. And having a big crowd behind them would be exactly what CBS would want to feature on the Selection Show, especially when you factor in Miles' personality, the story of the long NCAA drought, the new arena, etc.

 

From NU's perspective, you guys are right - we'd have to feel pretty comfortable that we'd get in. Nobody wants to be sitting there on TV, only to find out you didn't receive a bid.

 

Although I'd prefer if NU would ruin any of CBS's plans by still being busy in Indy that day.

We always have happy hour prices during Husker Mens bball games.  4 HD tvs with the largest one being 65".  I guess mine is 5 inches bigger than yours.
