Fancy New Floor Design

UCF jumped on the fancy floor design bandwagon. Supposed to imitate an outdoor playing surface.

 

 

 

I don't actually think this is half bad. Granted I thought the blue turf in Boise was neat at first too. Now I think it's just annoying.

I like it.  I think it'd be hard to pull off if their school colors weren't black and gold.

I still don't like the different color for the area inside the three-point line, but this is the best I've seen so far with that design.

 

How's that for a backhanded compliment?

I actually like this too.  I agree that you couldn't pull this off with many school colors, though.

AND they're getting a new court this year.  I couldn't find any renderings.

I think it goes well with the seats and the other colors around the arena. 

 

Also oi see they will go with the new random color for seats. 

 

Kind of looks like a bad, upsides down game of Tetris.
