Minnesota Game Thread: "The Sanctuary Fades"

Here we are.  The final Husker game in the BDSC.  The 37 seasons of Husker Hoops played there have produced six Husker teams that made the NCAA Tourney, and no conference championships.  Time for a karma change.

 

As for tonight's game, the Huskers are 7 1/2 point dogs.  Wrong team favored!    Seriously, I'm guaranteeing a Nebraska win tonight.  The first two games NU lost in the BDSC were to Iowa and Minnesota.  We took care of the first team a week and a half ago, tonight we take care of the other who also has a Nebraska native on their roster.  Tonight you'll metaphorically hear "A song of (Gopher) assassins, ringing in your ears."  GO BIG RED!

 

Don't forget the pregame gathering of HHC posters at Barry's.  If you get a chance, please show up, if only for a minute or two.  Also, since I'm headed out the door, I'd appreciate a bump or two on this thread between now and game time.  Thanks.

Did people change their opinions? Was that just an excuse last time?  Or are people just deluding themselves thinking we have a good chance tonight?

 

I hope I am wrong: I said we would only win 4 B1G games and I have repeatedly told people not to expect to win this game but a lot of people seem to think it is ours.
