How is this pod? Are we happy with a Louisville draw? TCU will be a tough out no matter what.

Their NET is 36 I think. So I think it is a winnable game.

If we can get past Louisville, the next game would feature a fascinating match up .... Prince vs Van Lith.   Freshman vs senior.  Could BP23 have imagined, a year ago after having won another state championship that one year later she could be in such a match up?

TCU has never advanced to the Sweet 16. A Louisville win over Nebraska would give Van Lith a matchup against her former team. Louisville’s head coach was an assistant coach here when Coach Williams was a player.

3.5 pts......Yep, hoping it is a toss up game in reality. And looking at their schedule results this season, they have seen ups and downs, similar to like we have. They got spanked by UConn.

They've got some good size....so productive business in the lane may be at a premium. Have a Nigerian big at 6-5, and a couple more at 6-3 +. We'll have to fight for rebounds. Another of their big's is an Aussy.

And some quickness at the guard.

Going to be a tough one for the first game. Our bracket is not a easy one anyway. But we've been playing together real well recently. Hope we can pull out another one.

would just like to spit this out:

i thought this would be a very interesting season at the start. then came the injuries. to be honest, i thought they would have to battle really hard to get to .500 in the big ten. they far exceeded my expectations. yes, coach williams deserves credit, however i want to congratulate Jessica Keller, Julian Assibey, and Tandem Mays. Not to forget graduate assistant manager Taylor Edwards. major kudos to all of you for making this an exciting season!!!

Huskers are hanging in.  We have to sustain against their constant pressure.  Rimdal made a nice play Petrie to give us the lead.

Can we get some better inbound plays under our basket?

You cannot throw sloppy passes against this team.  It’s killing us.  We blew a three on one break by poor passing and gave the Cards a 9-0 run to end the half.
