I am really tired of seeing us get overmatched physically.  It doesn’t matter if you can shoot if you never get a clean look.

Looks like another embarrassment going to happen.  We need to recruit a lot better players

Only gave up 29 points.  We look two steps slow at every position.

Definitely more athletic with length.

Our "man" defense just does not work for us. We get burned time after time. Either we're not capable of being quick enough playing man on man...or we're not being coached to be defensive demons. I've always felt you can learn to be a great defender, even if your not a big scorer.  

If you can't keep up with them...go to a zone of some form or another.

Moriarity was playing well and gets removed. Hake tries but Maryland gets mismatches against her.

That's typical coach Williams strategy when substituting. If you're doing well you get substituted out.

Despite our shortcomings, we have gotten back into the game. Maryland is short handed.

Maryland hasn’t been playing the best defense.  If we can cut down on stupid turnovers and slow Sellers down we might come up with a win.  Rimdal and Moriarity got us going by going to the rim.

I wonder what our scoring percentage is when we're holding the ball for the last shot of a  quarter. It seems we hold the ball and end up taking a terrible shot or we lose it and don't even get a shot off

The girls are battling and we are hitting some shots. We are also rebounding very well.  We have a chance.

I guess Maryland wanted to wear pink uniforms and if NU wore red away uniforms there wouldn’t be enough of a contrast?

Right on cue. Not a good possession to end an otherwise good quarter

Where has this Nebraska team been?  We are  running some plays to get shooters shots.  It would be great if Alexis could finish around the rim and if our guards could shoot a pull up jumper.  Officials are calling it tight.

After the way we started this game it looked bad. I gotta say I'm shocked on how this game ended up. I wish they played like this always. Kudos to the whole team.

Being Captain Obvious here, but we are pretty good when we make threes.  I am more impressed with our defense and rebounding.

This has ended up as one of our best comebacks, against a decent team.... for along long time.  Where it came from who knows ?   But it felt good ...for the ladies especially.
