I found this on a KSNB - Hastings site.  I think they use a software called Data Skrive, to generate sports content.  Hope they are right today!

Sunday's game between the Nebraska Cornhuskers (3-0) and the Creighton Bluejays (2-1) at Pinnacle Bank Arena has a good chance to be a lopsided matchup, as our computer prediction projects a final score of 78-47 and heavily favors Nebraska to come out on top. Tipoff is at 2:00 PM ET on November 19.

The Cornhuskers are coming off of a 79-32 win over Alcorn State in their most recent outing on Tuesday.

Thanks, 12Doz - this is interesting and maybe even more entertaining.  i can only chuckle at this.  If the betting line were Nebraska by 31, or even 21, i would be liquidating all assets and seeking a HEL to maximize my wagering capacity!

This is the first game I’ve been able to watch this season. Coley looking thicker than I remember. Like she’s spent some time in the weight room. That will serve her well if she’s playing the 4 position, to not be so spindly.

!st half....

When Markowski is out of the game, Creighton immediately goes inside to the basket. When Markowski's in, they shoot threes. Creighton's prepared well for us.  They aren't subbing much....get them in foul trouble ?

And like always it seems when we play Creighton, we don't defend the 3 well. On the other hand we aren't shooting the 3 well at all today.

Getting some good offense from the newbies...but not great defense.  Lots of time left.

I have to say We Have A Women's Basketball TEAM! I haven't seen team play like this for a long time.
despite ALL the breaks going to Creighton in the first half, you know, things like making 8 of their first 13 treys, Bad calls by the officials, missing traveling, non-existent personal fouls, etc. Lady Huskers never held the Lead.

BUT, they have fought and played great teamwork to stay within Seven, despite all the breaks going to Creighton. Creighton's largest lead was about Nine, with the Lady Huskers solid play shrinking that lead every time Creighton would try to expand it. I'm proud of this Husker WBB Team!

Not looking very promising for a win today. But still enough time for a comeback.
Every year, I walk away from this matchup saying to myself “Creighton is just a solidly-coached team. They just don’t seem to beat themselves.”

The three was our enemy, we shot 14%.  If we could have even shot 25% (which we usually do) it would have been enough.

So so on free throws 68%. We were close enough. A few breaks, and better defense.

Might have lost, but this game probably did more to prepare us for conference play, than the first 3 did.  We get Stewart back, and work MM in down the road, could be a fun ride.  Anyone else think the play of Potts, is rubbing off on the other players?  AM seems to be playing at a higher level lately.

Petrie had a nice stat line for only 6 minutes.  I missed part of the game.  Was she getting lit up on defense or ???

She's getting into the speed of the game, and getting used to the American game. Yep, she's becoming more and more of an asset.

Needed more points from our guards today. No matter how ever they can get them.
