As easy as it is to see Tim back in the MWC it seems like getting paid less than his former assistants and getting his teeth kicked in by them would be a tough pill to swallow Quote
uneblinstu Posted March 10, 2020 Report Posted March 10, 2020 Wyoming just doesn't have the resources to give someone like coach Miles the support he'll command. Quote

thrasher31 Posted March 10, 2020 Report Posted March 10, 2020 For everyone talking about Tim, he's waiting it out. Idk if he can actually land one but he's at least going to try to land a P5 gig. Can't fault him 49r and hhcmatt 2 Quote

Ironically enough I went to Minny's message board and they are discussing two names with ties to the state of Nebraska: Craig Smith and Greg McDermott. Quote

Craig Smith might be due for a jump. Merrill graduates and Queta more than likely jumps to the NBA. Quote

Craig Smith I could see. Great coach. McDermott, as much as I dislike the jays, is in a much better spot at creighton than minnesota. I don't think there's more than about 5 schools greg would leave creighton for (duke, unc, kansas, etc.) Quote

McDermott has done the P5 thing, better off being a CU lifer - his formula works there. jayschool and thrasher31 2 Quote
