  1. 1. If our only option was to split the next two games, which scenario would you choose and why?

    • Win at OSU, Lose at Rutgers
      37
    • Lose at OSU, Win at Rutgers
      25

Obviously the perfect scenario would be to win both.  I believe we need to at least split our next two games.  Which scenario would be best to keep our dreams alive?  A Tier 1 win at OSU and a bad loss at Rutgers, or a loss at OSU and a win at Rutgers?

both road games, but I think meeting expectations is slightly more important than not meeting them. i'd take the OSU loss (it's a  good loss) and the Rutgers win (to still get a road win AND avoid a bad loss).

But really, we're winning this scenario either way, frankly.

easily win at Ohio St

I plugged both scenario's in to RPI Wizard along with how I think we will finish and both came out to be us finishing at #70 RPI.  So with that in mind, I think you are right.  Win at Ohio St would be better.

I think RPI is the starting point for the committee and then they start looking at  those RPI buckets. Having some/a win in bucket 1 would be helpful.
