Nebraska nearly sweeps the lower teams (loses one to Illinois and Purdue) and picks up a wins against Wisconsin, Iowa and Michigan State. Spanks IU in first meeting. Loses in 2nd round of Big 10 tournament. Finishes 7th in the B1G. Picks up a 9 seed in the NCAA tournament and loses to 8th seed Memphis in the first round. History waits another year.

Was the surface parking lot as small as it looks from the arena? I think the development down there is amazing, but I hate that they stuffed the arena that close to everything. Have they said if the baseball parking lots will be available for arena events? I cannot stand parking garages when there is heavy traffic. Most frustrating experience ever.

Yikes, April? I personally don't like our chances with waiting that long. The shine of the facilities and the warm fuzzies from the visit could seriously dull in that time. Imagine the gloom around here if we don't get him after a year of hanging on his every tweet. I like the 100 page challenge though. Obviously 30 pages was an unlucky number with Atewe, so lets try and blow by that.

The audio doesn't shock or offend me. I assumed he's said that since day 1. I personally wouldn't blame him one bit.

Hope Elbert can see past the empty million dollar promises. Ridiculous. If he has NBA talent or potential someone will notice. Especially since we're in the B1G. Development is a good argument, but it's not uncommon for unpolished players to get drafted.

Another con- If players waste their time checking out the forums they'll easily be able to see the "Recruit this guy because we're obviously getting rid of this player anyway" type posts.

I'll be going ghost quite often if open to public. Other than that, I don't see the difference. I love the way the recruiting board is now. Not cluttered or overloaded, quality posts/posters. I guess if there's anyway making it public would change that then I would definitely be against it. BUT I don't see how that could happen.

As far as room for improvement, it's hard to beat Mile's opportunity. Nervous about Pelini. We're screwed if they fire him this year. Texas and USC will likely have open positions, leaving even fewer high quality coaches. I think it's worth something that teams under Pelini have high graduation rates and very little negative press. He definitely needs to stop hiring his buddies and bring in a quality DC. And maybe tell Beck to stop with the cute stuff..

It still keeps me up at night knowing Sasha Kahn (?) from Kansas was drafted, but Maric wasn't.

I second that. Someone posted film of him in the Robinson thread and I was very impressed. I'm excited to see him play at the college level.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Pitch and Smith share all of the minutes at the 5 and play little elsewhere. From what we saw of him last year I can't imagine Vooch playing all that much. I'm most interested in seeing how Ray, Webster, Parker and Biggs (Peltz?!) are used between the 1 and 2 spots. Will Petteway play the role that Talley did last year?

After looking a little closer you can also see he's standing further back (everyone is turning back to look at him) and Serj is in front. I believe the 6'8 measurement.
