Then I’m going to say my 1-5 from my previous post is my guess at a starting five, Banton, Teddy, Thor, Shamiel and Lat. Kobe/Trey probably start over Thor, but I like my lineup and I’m sticking with it.
He certainly seems to be a great distributor, with play makers around him, which we have, I can see him having a decent sized role. If he does earn a role in the rotation it’s not hard to see him being pretty effective.
Congrats! You’re gonna love parenthood! My wife and I had our first kiddo 4/4 and it’s fantastic!
We received nothing of this sort from our families. I’ll let them know they gotta step up their game.
Dalano for me. Most unique size / skill set combo. Excited to see him exploit those mismatches. Also he looks good going left and right in his highlights, he’s gonna be tough for opposing teams to plan for.
Agree about the expectations. For the record I don’t think he’s coming here and so he won’t have to worry about those expectations, it’s just what I want to happen.
Overrated, underrated, one and done, four year player, I don’t know. I’d just love to see him (especially as a homegrown talent) play for Nebraska and help us establish higher competitive standard for the program.
My brother in law is a Texas fan, I took him to their game in Ames last fall for his birthday and it was sold out. The only other time I was there was a Nebraska game, the OT game where Eric Hagg saved us by thwarting a fake extra point. It was also sold out.
Live here now. It doesn’t look like a warzone for long. The city comes out and cleans itself everyday at sun up. I’m sure it’ll be rebuilt quickly where needed, and hopefully this sparks meaningful change in the area law enforcement.
We’re at home with our first kiddo, born 4/4/2020, and decided today to pick a KBO team to follow while we parental leave/work from home for the foreseeable future. Settled on the NC Dinos because, awesome mascot, and they hit the most home runs last year and seemed like it would be exciting to watch them. They hit three homers and won today!
I could see a slight reduction based on how many players actually see the field for a football team, but you’re absolutely right about injuries and niche needs. Those coaches also don’t leave scholarships open very often either, showing they believe the need for that many is there.
