    It's not uncommon for kids to commit to specific coaches especially when you're coming from places like California to Nebraska of course you're going to build that bond. The issues the past 3 years were mostly the coach. I find it funny Teddy Allen leaves balls out and his team makes the tournament this year.

    He was underwhelming most of the year I thought he was alot of fun to watch the last month of the season. Marlon Lucky is a great comparison.

    What time is the game I'm not seeing anything online? I scored a ticket to the Big 12 tournament a couple weeks ago- lower level for 5 bucks. Thought what the heck I haven't been to a game since the pandemic. Now Nebraska decides to play great basketball :(

    No it's a good question on your end. My guess is this gave the program more urgency that was clearly lacking before. Low energy coach with talented guys playing hero ball. Hasn't been the case lately.

    It's been against way better competition and the effort looks way better as well. We might have won those games in November but it was against crap teams that we barely beat.

    Fred meets with Trev and it's announced he's staying. Then the team strings together it's 3 best games since he's been here.

    I counted 13 guys eligible to come back next year. 12 if you exclude Bryce. So it's just a coincidence it's announced Fred would be back and the team strings together 3 good games for the first time he's been here?
