  1. It almost doesn't seem real. Two more stories from the national media about Nebraska basketball...in late July. Gotta love it
  2. Well the football schedule includes Colorado, Oklahoma, and Tennessee in future years, so maybe they will be added to the basketball schedule. I wouldn't mind seeing Nebraska basketball add these teams, but hopefully they improve a little bit, otherwise they aren't going to help Nebraskas RPI. Yeah, all those 20-win teams really kill our wonderful RPI:)True, all 3 of those teams had 20 wins or more this season...but to act like they are consistently 20 win teams that would help Nebraska's RPI, simply because they won 20 games this season is about as accurate as saying that since Creighton was ranked in the top 15 for a few weeks this last season, that makes them a top 15 program in the country.Tennessee, Colorado, and Oklahoma are all 3 wildly inconsistent programs. Over the last 10 seasons, all 3 have won less than 20 games, more times than they have won 20 games or more. Over that 10 year period, all 3 have had multiple seasons of only 15 wins or less and Colorado has even had a 7-win season and a 9-win season.

  4. Sorry KamdyMan. I meant to vote that up, but I'm on my iPhone and must've accidentally clicked the down arrow. I don't know how to change the vote once it has already been registered.
  5. I know Nebraska is seemingly out of it with him, but I thought I would post this anyway...
  6. Yeah, I'm certainly not predicting that to happen, I was just throwing it out there.
  7. I know some people weren't completely sold on FGCU being the season opener, but I'm jacked. Nebraska is opening up Pinnacle Bank Arena against an ESPY-winning Sweet16 team. Dunk City.
