i thought matt and jeff stated she was having some problems with one of her legs during the nw-husker game. jeff stated she had been grabbing at it now and then. believe jeff referenced her "upper" leg.

 

nw has been "huskeresque" with the injury problems this season.

Other games...

 

Watched the Baylor/Texas (both top 10 teams) game a day or so ago. Man are they both loaded with bigs. Both had several over 6-4, one had maybe 4. ....couple of 6-5's, one at 6-7. Baylor is loaded. Texas was real quick at the guard spots. I think Baylor gets 6-9 Mulkey (sp) coming in from Texas next fall.

 

Both teams had fast dynamic guards, and 6-4 plus... monster bigs. Usually played 3 guards & two bigs. Both teams had full 14 or 15 rosters, pretty well spread with 3 or 4 for each class generally speaking.

 

Baylor spanked Texas pretty bad, but they both are good teams.

My friend and I went down to Manhattan to watch Baylor/KState on Saturday afternoon and Baylor is big, fast, and athletic. KState played well against them until about the 4th quarter but Baylor is solid. We both noticed that the ball movement from both teams (especially KState) would be nice to see from the Huskers. KState had such quick, sharp passes which led to a lot of open looks.

I listened to the Ok. St. / K. St. game the other night which was won by O.St.    K.S. plays a really slow down boring type of BB.  I'll take our offense any day.  The slower pace fits Kaylee Page much better then the type of offense we run.  At this point we don't miss her.

I feel bad for Bonnie Kelsey.  The wins haven't come but she is good people.   Have always respected how she comports herself and what she has to say.
