One last hurrah

Mike Riley & the 2015 Huskers have one last hurrah at the site of Super Bowl 50. This team has been on the tough side 7 times by 1, 2, 2, 3, 5, 8 & 10 points. And a 1-point win vs top 4 MSU, too. Nebraska played 6 teams at home that were 9-win teams (2-9W, 2-10W & 2-12W), which is unprecedented as far as I know.

 

We'll see how the start of 2016 team finishes out 2015. Should be a roller-coaster ride. I wouldn't expect any less from this team in the 1st year of Riley & Co. UCLA has good players, guess we'll find out soon enough which team is motivated to get a dub. GBR

There was more than one reason why I enjoyed the UCLA win, but the one that I may have enjoyed the most was the way we did it.  Old fashion smash-mouth, kick-ass football.  Good job Huskers!

Well... we played well late, those early season stinkers were just that... the only game that haunts me is Purdue.  Otherwise we were right there at winning 7, 8, or 9 games.

Winning 3 out of 4 games to finish after a rough 3-6 start is worthy of note. We'll see where this takes us in 2016!
