I don't think aim have ever seen a starter foul,out of a game with 9:14 left in a game.

 

At a different level, but when I was at UNL, I was on an intramural basketball team playing against some Husker basketball players.  My team's big man got disqualified (i.e. fouled out) with 25 minutes remaining in the game.  The game's plug was pulled with 7:19 remaining in the game, when we trailed 28-69 (UNL intramurals have a 40-point slaughter rule).

Yea..the game could have ended with all the subs from both teams getting some playing time....Blunt blount chose to leave what was left of his starters in, and press, so Conne did the only appropriate thing.

 

The game ends with NU by about 20 anyway...

I will say that I think that Illinios should have played the little gals they did at the end more. I would assume that they are the heart of next year. They could be much better next year.

Just checked 5 sites and they all have us a 9. Two have us playing UW Green Bay.
