I did a Rivals search for California, Texas, Kansas, Iowa, and Florida. 5 of the biggest Juco states and it pulled up 140 prospects. There was some really good names, some with baggage of course, but of the 140, 130 had already committed or signed. It left 10 players, none with star rankings, and none with any name school offers.

Which one? Matthew Atewe is from Canada. If youre referencing the top player in HS hoops right now thats from Canada, that would be Andrew Wiggins who just reclassified from 2014 to 2013 so he can be a one and done sooner. Oh and btw he's heavily looking at tOSU.
