Actually pretty good. 74% coming into the game and that's with Walt dragging it down.

Well we absolutely sucked that four minute stretch.  I am not sure how we are going to get it going.  I guess it will start with defense.

You may dunk during warm ups until the officals step on the court then no more.  They usually let you have one if they think you didn't see them. 

 

My son says that at Peru the players yell either "12" or they have called "Po-Po"  Both are street terms for the police and that you can't dunk any more.

There are times when I wonder if we're just a poorly coached team. Bad shots, sloppy passes, unforced turnovers.

Back to the rule.  I see guys at Pinnacle dunk a lot...and never have I seen a technical called.

 

You can dunk in warm-ups before the refs come out to the court, which is usually around the 20-15 minutes until game time mark. If the refs aren't out, you can do whatever you want, but when they are there, you can't anymore.

 

We would always have the end of the layup lines playing lookout when I was playing, they were responsible for letting everyone know when they came out.
