Norm Peterson Posted October 7, 2014 Report Posted October 7, 2014 He's in that 6'5-6'7" range that Miles seems to like so much. I think he'd be perfect for our system. 49r and Row6Seat10 2 Quote
AuroranHusker Posted October 8, 2014 Author Report Posted October 8, 2014 He doesn't currently have an offer to Nebraska... offers are from Bucknell, Davidson, Drake, Minnesota, Murray St, N. Iowa, Northwestern, Princeton & San Jose St. Quite an interesting mix of schools. Quote
TheKamdyMan Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Sounds like he got the offer tonight. Quote
ShortDust Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Curious to see some film on this guy Quote
Norm Peterson Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 If we sign the kid, would the place where they hang his jersey be called "The Hurt Locker"? hhcmatt, TheKamdyMan and 49r 3 Quote

Timmy Posted October 10, 2014 Report Posted October 10, 2014 Not sure if he is in the video above, the pictures I've seen of him he wears 42. Michael has a younger brother named Matthew who is 6'8 as an 8th grader and is already suiting up for the Varsity squad. He is apparently every bit of a D1 prospect if not more than Michael. It sounds like both these kids can stroke the basketball but need to work on their strength and inside game to become complete players. It will be a tough pull, Pitino has already offered and has show a lot of personal interest in Michael. AuroranHusker 1 Quote

Norm Peterson Posted January 19, 2015 Report Posted January 19, 2015 I think we already got our Michael Hurt a few weeks ago. Except his name is Jack McVeigh. And he's in the 2015 class. And he's taller. And more Australian. Red Rum and 49r 2 Quote
