Cookie, just to expand on my feelings about Wisconsin:

 

I totally agree that Wisconsin looks very good.  They just went in to Carver Hawkeye and came out with a W.  Kaminski looked very solid.  Good inside player.  That strength matches up against one of our weaknesses.

 

However, I believe that when Wisconsin comes to town, Wisconsin will be playing for seeding.  And we will be playing to get our ticket punched.  We'll have more riding on the outcome.  There'll be more in it for us.

 

Senior night for Ray Gallegos with an NCAA tourney appearance hanging in the balance would be a good night for him to go unconscious on the three pointers and start hitting them like a man possessed.

 

I just think we'll do enough before then to reach the bubble and need a win in that final game to seal the deal.  And I think these kids will play outta their minds to make it happen.

... more than a handful of points, I presume. I'm just glad the D has dramatically improved & NU has a handful of guys who can score double figures on a fairly regular basis.

I'm still convinced that Illinois was/is the most difficult game of the two. That said, it's still not going to be easy just to walk into Bloomington and come out with a win.
