A case could be made for the Big East, and Mountain West this year for best conference, sure.  But, I think the case for both of those is weaker than the one for the B1G.

 

Barkley said he thought the Pac 12 was better than the B1G.  No case can be made for that one, though.

Played a good OOC, played in a major conference.  3 Top 50 wins...compared to 1 for MTSU.   Went 12-6 in the major conference.

People could make a good case of Big East, MWC being up there or ahead of Big 10.....tournament will tell.  Put Big 12 and A-10 top 4-5 teams could be toss up.
