Which boosters ponied up 7.5 milliion to let Frost go now.

I've talked to a number of friends at programs all across the country. Many have said they'd be thrilled to have Frost as their coach.

 

Didn't work here, but he's got a landing spot somewhere. Just not for $5M/year.

Josh Heupel took over for Frost at UCF.  Had a couple good years and a couple decent year.  Now, he's at Tennessee.  Got them to a bowl game, and now they are 15th in the country.

 

I don't understand why it didn't work for Frost.

I heard there was a school who promoted their WR coach to interm head coach.  Then, kept him and are now a perennial power.

It’s crazy to think of how close we actually were though.  It was a massive failure for sure.  But we’re so close to at least being decently successful and if the pendulum swings completely the other way in 1 possession games, we’re reallllly happy.

The important point fans need to note is to forget about what we were in the past and to begin making incremental improvements.  A good start would be improved toughness and physicality.  Joseph has a tough job.
