The two top 3 point shooters (by percentage) in the nation for D-1 NCAA basketball are both from Nebraska.  Neither plays for Nebraska.  Tyler Hagedorn (Norfolk and USD) is 55/99 which is 55.6% and Dru Kuxhausen (Scottsbluff and McNeese State) is 92/179 for 51.4%.   Granted both are not at a power 5 conf school so the defense they face would not be quite as good but I would like to see them playing for the Huskers this year.  Hagedorn is 6' 10" BTW. Kuxhausen played with Jervay Green at Western Nebraska.

Bart Torvik is showing different stats for Dru. Here is the top ten on his site for those who have attempted 40 threes or more on the year. Still crazy/impressive, though. That's some serious shooting by Tyler Hagedorn. Also, it's interesting to look at how almost all of them shoot better from 3 than they do from 2.

Barttorvik/Kenpom don't include stats against non-Div 1 opponents

This guy is on our team and has hit 9 of his last 12 threes, according to Chris Heady:

Here’s more from the article about him:

In the “past four losses . . . he’s . . . scoring 18 per game while averaging seven assists and shooting 45% from the floor and 51.9% from 3-point range.”

Definitely has been on fire.

Here he was in the 2nd half of the Michigan game trying to fire off a 3pt arrow
