I'd be stoked to play that no-talent egg-laying Nevada team .  Couldn't ask for an easier way of getting that first NCAA Tourney win.

It is a tough one.  With Nevada losing we may need to take the gamble that Oregon loses tomorrow and they don't take USC.   The more shots we have to have a bid open up, we probably need to pull for at this point.  Arizona has a large contingent of fans there, so they will have the edge that way.  Oregon will be playing an extra game.  This also assumes Oregon not in with a win tonight.  What we do know is that USC probably is in for sure with a win tonight.  We probably have to root for them to lose with that being the case.  In addition, an Oregon win eliminates a UCLA Q1 home win potentially over USC.

Trier was out when Oregon beat Arizona in OT here a couple weeks ago. I just don't see Oregon be able to keep up with Trier and Ayton on a neutral court.

Even if the number of active bubble teams are diminishing and there aren't make of our opponents remaining, tomorrow is a crucial day.

There are 14 autobids that will be sealed tomorrow with 5 more on Sunday. One misstep could make the bubble that much thinner.

During the Oregon/USC broadcast: "Howie says USC will still be in the tournament even if they lose this game. They are currently a 10 seed, but if they lose this game they will be in the play-in game as a 12 seed."

You know, if you go by the own different conferences tv broadcasts, there’s like 200 teams that should be in on Sunday.

Just dont ask BTN. No room for 201.

What stings about Nevada is that they have an RPI of 12, SOR of 33, and BPI of 28. Great numbers.

However, they are:

Q1: 2-2 (Wins: vs. URI, at BSU)

Q2: 5-3 (Wins: vs. BSU, at Fresno St, at UC Irvine, at UNLV, at UNLV)

Then 2 Q3 losses (vs. UNLV, neut. San Francisco).

None of those teams will be in the tournament. Maybe Nevada doesn't end up getting selected?

One can hope.

That really looks bad for us. It shouldn't but it does. There's too much hype associated with too many of those entries for us to overcome. Sigh. What a bittersweet season this will end up as.
