Bryce has been leading the entire G-League in scoring this season. Been #1 for his last few games. But their website is so freaking terrible that they haven't updated the stats page.

 

As of now it shows him at #2 with 27.2 ppg, but if you click on his player profile it correctly lists him at 28.6 ppg. It's a conspiracy.

TWO HUSKERS SHARING THE COURT AT THE SAME TIME IN THE BLAZERS V. LAKERS GAME!!!!!!!

 

Bryce came in and 30 seconds later tossed an alley-oop dunk to Shaedon Sharpe. Then on the next offensive set, Bronny James Jr. got called for a goaltending violation giving Bryce his first bucket.

Bryce had a 4-year contract with Charlotte that was set to expire after this season. But he's currently on a two-way contract with the Blazers. So yes in that no team is contractually obligated to him next year.

 

This year is EXTREMELY important for Bryce. A player can only be designated as a two-way guy during his first four seasons, so he will not be eligible for that going forward. Very much a make-or-break year for him in the league.

 

His performance got him called-up to the Blazers again, but last night he was back with Rip City (where he dropped 37 points). A two-way player is eligible for the active roster no more than 50 NBA games per season. I'm not sure how many games he's been on the active roster this season (there were a handful earlier in the year, probably < 10) but the Blazers have 58 games remaining. Hopefully that means he will be on the active roster a decent amount for the rest of the year. Blazers get blown-out a lot, so should be some chances for him to show-off in garbage minutes and hopefully land a contract somewhere.
