I think they think they should be able to sign anyone they want over any school not named Kentucky, and that if you did a survey, 100% of the top 30 recruits each year would happily PAY to go to KU to play in historic Allen Fieldhouse.

 

Anyone who doesn't beg the master Bill Self to let them be a Jayhawk is clearly no good (or a criminal or on the take or academic liability, etc) and destined to fail wherever they go (except Kentucky).
