My take on Chucky, not that it matters is that I thought he was the best player in our state. Many thought otherwise; but he was the stud of the class. It would be amazing if he came back home, and he would be embraced by the fans. But to all the naysayers who are whining about his treatment, welcome to reality. Chucky is the one who chose his school. He was the one who chose one of our heated rivals. And he is a great player for them. I was at the game, yeah he was booed. But it was more playful then hurtful. Nothing further was said or thrown. The talk in our section was that Chucky was booed out of respect, not hate. Yeah, if I am a relative I may react like his...but again, the way Chucky played (other than the last possession in regulation) it sure didn't seem to bother him...in fact it may have motivated him. ALTHOUGH, I could argue that he was so pissed that he failed to follow the designed last play and was going to prove himself to the fans by attempting hero ball. Just saying maybe it is possible.

I'm not intending to lead the posse to lock you in a padded room...but; I'm more concerned about playing well at Rutgers. Maybe if we win at Rutgers...maybe I will start dreaming of post season basketball in one form or another.

Excellent game. Too bad the referee had to make that last call. Not necessarily a bad call; but that handsy type of play could be called on almost any play. Oh well.

Good game so far, and the halftime was great.

The painful issue for CJ and quite honestly for Keisei as well are their limitations beyond being a shooter. Keisei has now developed his game to be a scorer as well as a shooter. He can drive and cut to the hole and is creative around the hoop allowing him to score against the biggest of the bigs. He has quick hands and good anticipatory skills. He lacks in lateral quickness and strength but does have decent hops and good handles. CJ has seemed to regress in nearly every category. He is particularly frustrating when dribbling into the crowd and literally any time he puts the ball onto the floor. My son calls him the 2023 Lat. I guess I still have hope for CJ, but Fred needs to use him very selectively until his game returns. Heck, that could be against Rutgers...who really knows. But he cannot be trusted with extended minutes at this point. Right now it appears the most trusted rotation may be - DW, Sam G, Keisei, Lawrence, Wilhelm, Dawson, Sam H and Blaise.

Loved it...lol...they get crankier then we do after a loss. Iloved the dude who said Keisei was a flop machine. Talk about a pot calling the kettle black. Wisky has had the doctor of flop on their team for something like 20 years.
