Well, there were 17,765 other people there, too. Okay..... Pretty sure we read loud and clear that Ed Chang was there and he saw how wel Creighton be throwin down the baskets in omaha bruh or don't you type like dis any more? Is King James the same dude as central? And countless other made up names....Tom has alot of time on his hands.

Watched their game vs Providence...I thought they would struggle quite a bit without Matthews but they are still a pretty talented bunch. Pretty athletic and Martin is a matchup problem for us. Won't be an easy game but I think we should win in Lincoln.

The only thing I may disagree with is Hanson. That guy is not very good outside maybe 1 game a year...the Nebraska game. He is a foul machine and has butter fingers. Nothing you said about Hanson's skills is wrong, and he is still better than any post player we have on our roster. Have you watched Hanson all year, or just basing this on one game? He's not very good. I think we all agree hes not very good....but, he's probably right in that at this time hes probably better than any post player on our roster. I don't even include Morrow in this discussion because he should not have to be playing or defending the 5. Perhaps Jacobsen will make a big leap here in the next month after getting over his injury. And maybe Hammond will do the same as his minutes increase. We can only hope.

And perhaps Miles didn't know he would leave the 13th scholarship on the table for the 4th consecutive recruiting class? With that in mind maybe it would be wise for Miles to start planning ahead and over signing and let the roster work itself out at the end of the season? I actually like Bakari...but I think the writing is on the wall that he may be finishing his career elsewhere. Had we recruited Thomas, he very well could have taken Bakari's spot.

+1. And the scary thing is Creighton is really not all that great....they will likely finish 7-9th in the Big East again this year. The most noticiable difference on the court last night...and for the past two years for that matter was Creighton acted like it was an important game. NU looked dead with no energy. That was the plan for NU at CU, it seemed. Kind of like a diet in which you rapidly lose 10#.... I think that was Miles quote a few days ago...it's the Husker Diet. Watch game film between NU vs CU....puke for a week and lose 10 pounds. Hopefully McDermott moves on or I'm afriad Miles and be skin and bones by the time his tenure is completed here.

I'd be curious as to what our numbers look like on the road under Miles. Outside of the win at Mich St and Indiana which were huge for our dance run...we have been pretty awful on the road. Going back and looking at his CSU teams....it seems to be a trend on the road.

I would say he's more comedian like than clown like. Miles should/will get to see this freshman class thru. Now he just has to develop them, recruit a big man, and keep them from transferring. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
