Even once(if) he develops...I just don't see where Morrow is going to fit into this hero ball offense. He would have been better off signing elsewhere IMO. Watson obviously is going to be a good one and I think Jacobson will turn into a solid player a year or two from now...but I think you are correct. Evelyn looks like a likely transfer prospect and while I do like McVeigh's basketball skills, his athletic ability at this level will always cause him trouble.

Benny gives it his all, but...having to give a player of his skill level 25+ minutes a game is a good recipe to potentially finish under .500 two years in a row. Tack on no adequate big man and a starting two guard that struggles to shoot and take care of the ball leads you to believe someone dropped the ball on the recruiting trail. This may be the crossroads for Miles tenure at Nebraska. This can go one of two ways. We were likely going to end up with a bad record with or without a loss to Samford. But, it's concerning to see that this team doesn't appear to be getting better and the same issues plague us every...single...year under Miles.
