It’s the players he lost not his retention rate that killed us. Consistently lost guys who were starters or guys who would of been starters if back the next year

By far his biggest one. A bench made up of guys who have been in the program for several years compared to what we have had on the bench would of done wonders.

You don’t think the new coach will bring in a 5? And you don’t think heiman will put on weight? And you think we have someone who’s capable of playing the 4?

If he came back he would play the 5 maybe 25 percent of the time tops. No matter who the coach is. Playing the 5 is likely his greatest asset to NBA teams too. Weather he comes back or not he’s been a great guy for this program and I suspect that would continue as an alum.

Assistants do go back to places from time to time. He certainly won’t be the first guy they try to get but could he be the first one on the list that says yes?

Charlie is a pretty slick player. Great instincts. Probably not a D1 athlete but a quality basketball player in his own right.

Miles ultimate down fall wasn’t necessarily his offense. It was his player management. Inability to keep posts or 3 and 4 year players in the program

Yup I think if the roster ends up blowing up you take a chance on a guy like this. Sit him down and say no matter what you are redshirting your freshman year. We want you to put in 20 pounds of muscle and shoot 300 3s a day at practice. If he grows like expected you have a 4 year rotation player at the minimum. But I’m just a die hard fan what do I know?
