cwg, you're spot on. We have so much to be thankful for. Even the interviewing process for prospective employees went smoothly. Everyone who applied was beyond reproach. The only one we felt uncomfortable about was a guy who applied to be head cook. He put on his resume he was an accomplished 6th grade girls basketball coach. We told him the job was for head cook, not head coach...

Our liquor license was approved today. We're planning on opening the doors for business at Conlee's on Friday, December 6th. Hampton is right off the Interstate, a mere 60 miles west of Lincoln. I hope if you're in the neighborhood, you'll stop by. It will be a great spot to watch games. 4 HD TVs (65, 50, 46 and 31 inch), plenty of beverages and great food. Nice, out of the way place to watch Husker road games..... We'll even do something for people who wear their new, fancy HHC T shirts. A free beer, jar of salsa or something.
