That's kind of a big deal for next year's pre-season kenpom standings (to the extent Kenpom standings carry weight).  I can't remember where I saw it but, somewhere on his site, Pomeroy talks about how he comes up with pre-season rankings.  And a lot of it is based on the offensive efficiency of returning players (relative to where you ended up the year before).  Having most of our best offensive options coming back on a team that looks like it could end the season in the top 60 or 70, that should spell good things for us starting off next year.

Players like Fuller/Webster/Hawkins surely need to look no further than Petteway's transformation to see their own possibilities for significant improvement.

 

This program is heading in the right direction w/ player recruitment & development, even if the immediate results aren't always what we expect (and hope for) the remainder of this season.

That is, of course, unless Petteway gets drafted in the first round, as I've seen projected.
