Yeah I was pretty impressed with him.  Also really liked the C for Benson.  6'9 junior.  Pesonally thought he played better than Akoy.  Had a better offensive presence and skill set IMO.

He played sloppy at times yesterday, but the potential is there. Didn't get to see him today, but I heard he held pretty quiet.

Central just overwhelmed Benson today.  They bottled up Thomas pretty good.

I was impressed with Bol too.  Decent offensive game near the basket and pretty athletic.  Good defender as well.

Does he have any offers anywhere?  If no one transfers out I assume the Huskers wouldn't be able to give him a scholarship and ask him to be a preferred walk on if they did anything with the guy, because of the lack of scholarships...same with Tre'Shawn Thurman from Central.

 

UNO will have 4 or 5 scholarships open for the 2014 class, and a former Benson Bunny on their team...if he redshirted at UNO then he would be a freshman in their first year of Tournament eligibility.  But maybe he is far better than UNO?

not too many players in the state of Nebraska are better than turning down an offer from UNO at this point.

It's not that easy for most North Omaha players to walk on at a school like Nebraska.  Even UNO.
