I didn’t expect 80-47.  Cannot be happy with that performance. It could have been worse if McGuff hadn’t called off the dogs.

Whew. Glad it’s over. That just looked way too easy for Ohio state.

I usually think it's about the athletes, and it mainly is and that had a lot to do with tonight.....but it did look like we've never schemed a press break, and never practiced one.

30 turnovers. Yikes !  Is that some kind of ugly record ?. I think I read it turned into over 20 points for OSU. All the turnovers kept us from scoring in the half court. 

Like everyone else....thought we could handle it better

 

Maybe a hangover from the Iowa game, (OSU coach intimated it could be a factor) ....but must move on to the next 4 that are big for getting us to the NCAA's. Have our destiny so to speak,  cut out for us.

Was hoping we could keep it to a 15-18 point game. As point out most who report on WBB will see this as a Iowa hangover. We can win the next four and finish strong.

If we believe we are an NCAA team you cannot put this all on an Iowa hangover.  Where was the fight, the competitive spirit and the ability to attack pressure defense?  We looked like a lower level team.  I didn’t expect a victory but what was produced was unacceptable.

I don't necessarily disagree.  But life is rarely perfect.  There was a lot of fuel burned in the Iowa game.  There is physical, emotional and mental fatigue.  Yeah, there are elite teams capable of simply showing up and winning; but that next tier of teams all struggle following those high energy games.

Not making excuses for our dismal performance...ehh, maybe I am.
