2006 Big 12 tournament. Lost to Kansas after upsetting Oklahoma in the second round. We were a 6 seed..game was on ESPN+.

We would be the team within the top 5 highest rpi to ever get into the tourney if we lose to Iowa. In the first round

Yes, on another thread I did put that this is with a loss to Michigan.  Any loss other than Michigan on Friday and I think we are out.

Yep, you're right... Nebraska was slightly higher seeded that season, yet somehow won 2 games in Collier's final season. Weird deal, but Barry ended up as Butler's AD so he did all right to bolt Lincoln.

Doc & the boys lost to KU, 58-54, in KC. That was Doc's "best" game, in some regards. Just couldn't knock off Self, so he eventually joined him!
