No clue as to the starters.  I could easily see various rotations at the beginning of the year.  I would suggest that Tai will be a starter.  Perhaps the others will be MJ, Glynn...and then who knows.

Miles said at a recent booster function that if everyone were 100%, the starters as of now would most likely be Glynn, Tai, Jack, Isaiah and MJ. We'll see how it plays out. I'm not sure they're sold on Gill's defensive effort just yet. We figure to see a lot of mixing and matching throughout games, with a roster of multiple guys who can play at multiple positions.

I'll be very interested to see how they manage the substitutions/combinations at the 4 and 5 spots in particular.

I guess in that lineup we'd go without a center, as Miles also said MJ was moving to the 4.

Oh well...we'll see in a couple weeks!

I just don't believe that MJ will be playing the 4 exclusively. I expect that we'll see him at the 4 only when Morrow or Jordy are also out there. Of course, line-ups this year may be match-up specific based on how much size and talent opponents have in their front courts.

I'm sure there's a cost-benefit analysis to be done here if you're the coaching staff, because you know that if you go with a big line-up where MJ is at the 4 and Jordy or Ed are at the 5, you likely sacrifice quite a bit of scoring potential by putting someone like Jack or Isaiah on the bench.

This will work itself out as the season progresses, but this team isn't exactly overflowing with scoring explosiveness, and I believe there will be a premium on getting scorers on the court to make up for the 40.5 PPG that walked out the door from guys who were in last year's rotation but have since moved on.

Don't think any of us predicted this starting lineup.

The starting lineup of Watson, Webster, McVeigh, Roby, and Jacobson is what Miles said the starting lineup would be IF everyone was healthy.

Nobody predicted this lineup from what I recall.

I like the notion of Anton Gill heading up the 2nd unit, kind of like how Tai Webster did that a year ago. AG could be a solid scoring/playmaking option off the bench this year.

Agreed. I originally had super high expectations for AG (mainly due to Miles track record with transfers here in TP and AW). But I think it's getting clearer and clearer that we are going to be very balanced offensively. I would be surprised if we had a 15+ PPG scorer. I feel like we will have a handful of players in the 8-12 PPG range though.
