I don't think this team will go belly up. You just look at the schedule and see @ Penn St., Illinois, then Northwestern and realize ol' Mo could be wearin' a Red jersey with a win tonight.  I certainly don't want to see us heading into the Northwestern game at 0-7.

If we don't win one of the next four, we're probably going to go winless for the season.

The talkingheads have us as the 10th best team in the conference. They have Purdue 9th. 10 should be able o beat 9 at home.. so yes we should expect to win if we want to be seen as anything more than a bottomfeeder.

In every Big 10 game this year so far, the hope and prayer has been that we don't get blown out. So, can't quite get to a place where a "win" seems even remotely possible.

Possible?  Yes.  Expected?  I think THAT is the question.  We can HOPE to win this one tonight; we probably shouldn't EXPECT it, though.

 

But, from what I saw out of this team in the two games in Michigan, a win tonight seems more than remotely possible.  I'd say it's even reasonably plausible.  And Vegas seems to agree.
