Some yahoo called into Sip & Jake this morning with a tally on the Hendricks Complex, PBA, & the Haymarket renovation coming in at roughly $350 million. He then lamented the fact that we had "nothing to show for it." If you live in a world where you expect X amount of dollars to equal X amount of success, there's not much I can do for you. The number of teams College and Pro that have bought into that notion is too lengthy to list here. Nebraska made a LONG TERM investment to ensure and enhance the vitality of the program. If you judge that on the number of Tournament wins since these facilities were built you are both short sighted and foolish. Ask yourself this. What if the "Devaney Dungeon" were alive and well?

Nice win, but I cringe when I hear the Sportscasters talk about how "easy" the rest of our schedule is. We aren't good enough to just roll the ball out against teams like Indiana, Maryland etc. If we're going to get to 22+ wins there will have to be ALOT of games like last night. So take a day off boys, then roll your sleeves up and do what you need to do...

For all the smack Creighton talks their record is horses**t.

If we're going to start Roby at the 5, with our "small" line-up shouldn't we be playing at a higher tempo and really pushing the pace? We need more run outs and quicker shots. Having a Jim Palmer in the line-up is certainly a luxury, but just running a clear out for him over and over again isn't an offense. We have a lot of guys who can shoot, but seem skittish. We need to RUN and get some easy looks and easy buckets.

I would think this week they can drop the "Co" part and just name him B1G POW straight up.

Probably should have been a clear out for Jim, OSU went and scored and we were playing from downhill after that.
