Two games ago Tarin was a 25% 3pt shooter and Fuller has attempted eight 3 pointers on the year. They have extremely small sample size Exactly my point. Percentages are a crazy web we weave. Recall at one time some thought Benny Parker was our best 3-ball shooter because he'd hit close to 50% at that point in the season. He's now at just less than 33%. Fact of the matter Nebraska doesn't have a "currently eligible" three-point shooter who's great. I'd venture to say there also hasn't been any particular player who's consistently good, either, this season. Well, I will nit-pick with you a bit as I think we have a very decent three point shooter who has had his %ages skewed by being passed the ball continually with five seconds or less left on the shot clock and nothing to do. Once we have multiple threats on the court next year, I believe we will watch the %age rise again...perhaps by 10%+.

A great milestone for Avery...strong! From Facebook...which I do not know how to do like I do twitter...so copy and paste from Avery's Army! Day 143 Post SCT: Avery enjoyed his favorite chicken strips from Culver's while memorizing his class schedule because HE IS GOING BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!! Yayyyyyy!! Tomorrow will be Avery's first day of 1st grade!!! He is so excited! (And so are we!!) I've met with his team at Zeman and we are ready for him to begin! Cold & flu season hasn't completely ended, but it's time that Avery start to transition into the world. (I am crossing my fingers and praying for minimal exposure to sick germs!) Honestly, I'm a nervous wreck...but knowing the joy this brings Avery is all worth it! He will start out going for only half-days until he works up the energy to go all day. Huge milestone!!!! Avery's appointment last week went very well and we are now going up to Omaha every 3 weeks for check ups. Our home health nurses still come to our house every Monday & Thursday for blood draws/labs. His magnesium is still funky so we continue to administer IV magnesium for 4 hours each night. Because of the constant tweeking of the oral magnesium, his tummy is suffering a bit, but hopefully it'll get straightened out. He is now taking all of his medicines by mouth and we will discuss further when he can have his g-button taken out. Moving forward is exciting and terrifying. We've been here before and it's just as hard as the first time. I just wish I could protect him all the time, in every aspect of life. Tomorrow, my little bird will learn how to fly again!

I could not care less if you answer Sam on twitter...but perhaps it is of interest to respond here...especially since we lost in our building. I am still dumbfounded and extremely dissappointed. This is much to often a conversation in Omaha. I am tired of saying, "Well yeah, but not next year." And I really do believe that. Any thoughts?

Well, I did not see or find Cip's thoughts in this thread... Yet, I wondered this same thing a few days ago... Hmmm...could the year of Walter be overwhelming WP? And then it occurred to me... The Oriental New Year will provide a perfect opportunity to make this THE year of the Smiths! So that Jimmy did not become the GOAT. Then perhaps like magic, the Smiths come on with TS starting...while LS gets stronger while providing increasing muscle in his heightened role. Then think of the photo oppurtunities! Will, Amber, Stephen A., Jaden, Sam, and Wesson....endless! Right now, an NCAA berth is a dream...so let me be a dreamer too!
