This weekend must have been very special to all of our good neighbors from the metropolis to the north. 1. Dougy McBuckets sinks the carefully orchestrated game winner for the Bulls 2. Warren Buffet makes surprise appearance in Crawford's dressing room before the big fight. I didn't even know Warren stayed up that late. 3. All of those reversible sweater vests can now be permanently left with the blue side out for the remainder of the year.

I just feel bad that they were forced to navigate those awful, narrow hallways at PBA.  It had to be terribly uncomfortable!

Was beer sold? Because I didn't hear about any rioting after the game by drunk fans.

They also had a scrimmage against Mizzou, whom they thoroughly dispatched, allegedly...

 

 

 

Naturally, some of their first thoughts turn to Nebraska.  Which seems odd to me:

 

I'll say comparatively speaking missouri resembles Nebraska as far as talent and size. I'll assume and I'm sure it will be said....creighton size had to do something with this reported win. Have a feeling krampus did some spanking of naughty tiger cubs

Don't lump all of us who reside in that "metropolis to the north" into this group.  I thought number 2 was cool because Crawford is a great dude, but number 1 and 3 made me vomit a little.

At least it was only a little... and since you live in the metropolis, do you know whether Warren is a boxing aficionado or if it was just the smell of money which kept him awake when the rumor of Crawford/Pacquiao began to swirl.

I think both.  He did have Mayweather in his most recent annual meeting video.

Missouri was horrible last year and based on what Anderson has brought in they will be better but not great.  Their OOC schedule is killer this year.
