GT did a lot better job rebounding on their offensive end. They had a lot of easy put back lay ups. If we shot closer to our 3 point shooting average we could have won this. Live and die by the 3s. I want to mention that I thought this was 1 of Markowski's best games I've seen her play.

72-61.  Battled to the best of our physical ability.  We just don’t have the horses that Ga Tech has.  The Yellow Jackets freshmen guards off the bench were the big difference.

A step slow across the board and couldn't throw it in the ocean for 3/4s of the game.  Surprised they kept it within 10 +/-.

 

Needed the effort shown late in the game for the entire game.  Not going to win many against decent teams when you only play hard 15-20 minutes.

Markowski and Prince can't carry this team by themselves. They had about half of our points and rebounds.

 

It just won't work. Everyone else will have to pick up their game...a lot.

Agree with what has been said. Without Potts, Amy may have to make some adjustments to help get our shooters open. Still think Britt needs to call her own number more. She has the ability to drive to the basket and is a good FT shooter. 7 points and 4 rebounds from our 4s will not cut it most nights. Yes Amy may need to roll the dice.

Shooters were open today. They just didn't make the shots.
