Yes, that's the "lawyer talk" first response tactics ...the first shot at defending UNL in the case.  Try to maybe scare the accuser. It just means we're not giving in easily, at this point. It's what you would hope your lawyer(s) would say/do.

 

There's lots more to this deal,..... those with privy to witnesses, to testimony, etc. ....will know what "holds water" and what is smoke screen.

 

Now begins the fun part.

anyone here remember if the text messages that AS alleged CL sent her were said to have been on Snap vs some other texting app?   I wonder if they are recoverable.  

 

whoops.  instead of expecting others to look it up, I did so myself.  The allegations was that the coach's texts were sent on SnapChat - where messages are said to disappear after they are read.
