Three baserunning blunders that could cost us.

 

1. Rounding the bag to 3rd base and getting tagged out.

2. Missed chance at loaded bases off a bunt when Baylor went for the force out at third.

3. Tripping around 2nd base off a hit when we could've scored a run, but got held up at 3rd instead.

 

That said, just keep the Baylor bats cold and we're good to go.

#1 he was out before he slid past the base.

#3 do you think he would have scored, even if he didn't stumble.

Point being #1 should have held. But 0-0, you could argue you're going for aggressive base running.

 

#3, I think it was possible. The right fielder was throwing some accurate bullets, but you just never know how for in that center field throw would have turned out (could have at least forced a throw).
