Good game...have to say that the only part of the whole thing that bothered me had zero to do with the game. Maybe it's just me but those announcers were annoying. I almost shut the sound off. When they got into a little banter about the first tie of the game and one announcer made the comment about it being the second as they were tied at zero and the other seemed annoyed by that comment. These guys belong on ESPNU.

I haven't been looking at my Twitter feed...does Chris tweet as much during the game as BR seemed to?

No... ESPN3 is only available on line AND your cable/Satellite provider must have ESPN itself included in your package.

That's nice that they are honoring the team at the Basketball game and just get a mention at the football game.

I figure take the last game we played and put KU in our spot. I'm still going to enjoy seeing the game. I know it's just me...but KU is one of the very few teams that I don't mind losing to. Although beating them is ultra amazing.

I think the press is pretty much dead set on the Huskers finishing at or near the bottom every year UNTIL they can prove otherwise. I think it's also going to have to be on a somewhat consistent basis. They need to make post season year after year and not just once in a blue moon. That being said...I'm going to continue going to the games and enjoy spending time with my dad for a long as I can. We are at our 39th year of going to Husker Men's games together.

I expect us to finish decent...not NCAA decent..hell I'd be happy with NIT decent..but I still expect us to win more than last year...by 1. I expect Miles to end his dry spell against Creighton and their coach. On the other end...I expect KU to lay the Mjolnir (Thor's hammer for those that aren't comic book geeks) on the Huskers...and probably show Coach Miles what 100 point's looks like on the scoreboard. That being said..that one game is probably the one I'm looking forward to watching (on TV sadly) more most of the rest of the season.

my new seats...haha...even if I can't sit there I'll politely ask the people that are sitting there to move their butts out of my seats just long enough to get one photo so my dad can see what the view is going to be like since he won't be there.

My dad used to be a member of the Rebounders Club back when Doc was coaching. I used to love to go to the monthly lunches. Miss those events.

haven't seen them..have they done anything cool with them like they do with the Football tickets? I thought it was kind of cool with the football tickets this year coming in that book with the ticket owners name printed on the jersey on the cover.

I'll keep looking on other sites and see what I can find. I figured I'd end up spending between $100 - $200 per ticket but the atmosphere at KU is unreal. Definitely worth the road trip. I just hope next year...there's a lot of Husker fans...that don't sell their tickets to the game....but I'm not holding my breath.

It was awesome seeing him at the football game today. Heard a lot of LLLLLLUUUUUUEEEEEES. but I also heard a few boos. Guessing those were the Jayskers.

From what I hear, it's the red garage that has the free beer that causes people to leave the games early.

Was thinking of going and getting some photos...but they might not want a lot of photographers around if they are filming it.

I realize that there's a reason for it...but it's kind of sad when Creighton gets to be included with Big 10 schools. At least next year KU will be on this list. It's also too bad that they can't sell packages to people of just the non conference games since a good chuck of season ticket holders won't bother showing up until Creighton and then vanish again until Conference play. I also do realize that this isn't just a husker situation but it all over the place.
